“King of Spain” - The Tallest Man On Earth, “King of Spain” [EP] (Dead Oceans, 2010)
I’ve been on hiatus for too long! Heard a few great songs during that time, though, and here’s one of them. “The Tallest Man On Earth” is Kristian Matsson of Sweden, and he does a great job of playing an Appalachian old-timey style without making it sound like a pastiche.
